In these recipes my hope is to avoid offering baby food jars and baby food pouches and to offer real home made food that is simple to make and much healthier
Baby food jars tend to have vegetables, water, and rice. Which means there’s much less nutrients than home made food with condensed nutrients.
In addition, baby food tends to be higher in arsenic due to the rice component. Our recipes contain less arsenic and focus on a variety of grains like quinoa, whole grain pasta, and bulgur.
Our healthy children recipes contain healthy sugar sources, healthy fat sources, and healthy proteins.
We focus really hard on creating recipes kids would love and enjoy eating.
