Pregnancy is a very important period for the mother’s health and also for the baby’s health.

It is also a very confusing time for mothers. Mothers have many different questions like:

As a dietitian I plan on guiding mothers to get the answers to all their questions so they don’t have to worry about their diet during pregnancy but can focus on their growing babies.
