About Mirna Sabbagh
Coaching for Moms by a Mom (who happens to be an extra nerd, childrens nutritionist and lactation consultant)
The fun stuff
Hi, I am Mirna Sabbagh. I had my son 9 years ago. I was ready to breastfeed (since I studied it's importance as a nutritionist and dietitian). And I thought I will succeed.
Ofcourse, it was one of the hardest things of my life. And success felt like the farthest thing from my life.
This theme continued. I thought I would be so ready when it came to baby feeding. But it wasn't the case.
I received such conflicting advice from doctors, friends, and family members.
When my son was 2 and I achieved practical confidence and did all my research. I started to share it on my blog and social media. Fast forward 7-8 years and you have these courses where I shared my full experience, resources, and research.
Certifications
Mirna Sabbagh is a Licensed Nutritionist, Dietitian, and Lactation Consultant.
Mirna graduated from AUB as a dietitian and continued to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant after her personal struggle breastfeeding her son.
Dream
My dream is to raise awareness to mothers in a non-judgmental, simple, and practical way. So we can together raise healthy generations.
I see many mothers who don't succeed in breastfeeding or baby feeding because of simple misconceptions that could have been corrected for them.
